It's Been 5 Wonderful Years!!

Five years ago, after joining a weekly online photo challenge and sharing many of my personal photos with friends and family, my business was quietly born. Making that decision to officially start the business somehow felt both unexpected and yet meant-to-be. The word “serendipity” comes to mind. I didn’t start 2016 with a grand plan to build a business. But when the opportunity appeared, I was in a fortunate position to be able to run with it. It all started when two people asked me to take some photos for them: a dear friend wanted some new family portraits and my daughters' dance school wanted photos of an upcoming recital.

It's absolutely incredible to think about the ripple effect that those first two jobs had on my life. Because I said "yes" to those opportunities, I have been able to meet so many wonderful people, witness the love in so many families and capture the pure awesomeness of so many dancers. I truly appreciate the challenges I've faced and everything new that I've learned along the way.

It's been five years of inspiration, hard work and fun for me and I'm so thankful for everyone who has supported be through this marvelous season of my life. I can't want to see what the next five years bring, where they'll take me and who they'll bring into my life!
