Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your session fee. Reservations can be placed on a soft hold for24 hours after you choose a date. If your session fee is unpaid after the 24 hours, your date is made available for other clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If someone gets sick or the weather is bad on the day of your session we will reschedule. If you have to cancel, you may use your session fee towards a future session within 12 months.  

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Your complete satisfaction with your images and art and service is my number one goal.  In the rare event that something leaves you wanting more, please just let me know and I will do everything I can to exceed your expectations.  Due to the nature of custom photography, digitals, prints art and albums are not returnable. However, if there is a problem, I will fix it.

Model releases:

Your signed model release allows me to use your images in my marketing materials. This helps future clients by providing them with examples of my work.

Print Releases:

All purchased digital images include a print release that allows you to print the images for your own personal use.

Legalities:

I operate a licensed and insured business. I collect and remit 6% sales tax as required by the state of Pennsylvania. I report all of my business income and expenses on my tax returns. I have all of the standard background clearance for working with children. I can provide certificates of all of the above upon request.
